We offer as many shipping methods as possible, only DHL. We hold a large stock of all types, your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.

We use unified standard shipping, purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee.

Members can obtain VIP through shopping or other means, points can be exchanged for free email vouchers deductible shipping.

Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.

But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.
